Registration of Locally Manufactured Vehicles

Condition1:Documents for Original Purchaser of the Unregistered Vehicle.

  1. Form F.
  2. Copy of owner’s National Identity Card.
  3. Vehicle’s Original Sales Certificate.
  4. Vehicle’s Original Sales Invoice.
  5. Payment receipt of registration fee, number plate fee, and other leviable taxes.

Condition 2: Documents of Original Purchaser Disposes off the Unregistered Vehicle.

Registration of Imported Vehicles

Condition1: Documents for Registration in the Name of Importer

  3. Photocopy of Import Permission issued by Customs Authorities.
  4. Duplicate copy of GD of all taxes/duties.
  5. Invoice photocopy (In case of direct purchase from manufacturer).
  6. Photocopy of Bill of Lading.
  7. Receipt of registration fee, number plate fee, and other leviable taxes.

Condition1: Documents for Importer Disposes off Unregistered Vehicle

  1. Application for Registration of Vehicle in Form-F
  2. Photocopy of National Identity Card of Owner (In case of an individual)
  3. T.O (Transfer Order) Form. Document showing the sale of the vehicle by Importer
  4. Photocopy of National Identity Card of Seller (In case of an individual)

Biometric Verification By E-Sahulat (NADRA)

Customers now receive biometric verification through e-Sahulat, which is applicable to both purchasers and sellers of vehicles in the context of new registration and transfer cases.
